NEW FORUM FOR OUR SITE

Okay after messing around with this code for a few ours today i got it working correctly. Please go to http://www.dfxoc.com/forum/index.php and register. The forum is still under construction and wont be done for about a week. I figured during the week its getting done correctly we can get all of our members registered on it so we don't have to hound you after it gets done. Site is getting closer to done every day.
